This is a really cool idea. So Club Penguin is allowing us to vote for the new shirt on the August edition of Penguin Style. There are 3 choices:

Update: When I voted I saw that The Splatter is winning by a big margin!! And that the Moondrop was losing. So if you want the Moondrop make sure you VOTE VOTE VOTE.
